Thai Cam isn't a concept. It's a family. The recipes on our menu come from the same kitchen table where they were first made — no shortcuts, no substitutions, and absolutely no apologies for turning up the heat.

We opened our doors on SE Foster Road because Portland deserved a Thai restaurant that takes the craft seriously. Every curry paste is ground by hand. Every broth is simmered for hours. And every plate that leaves our kitchen carries the same intention it always has: feed people well.
